TREE REMOVAL
Special Instructions: Home is a 2-bed 1 bath, brick home approx. 1400 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Case Manager- Natilee Greenwood 580-642-6359 Inspector- Colby Raper 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Tree Removal: Remove approximately 1 pine tree near the front of house, cut down to stump. Tree on west side of house has overhanging limbs that need to be trimmed to provide clearance from the roof and exterior of the home. Haul off all debris.
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
