This solictation has been ammended to remove the ISA Certification requirement. See Revised Performance Work Statment
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to identify, fell, remove, and dispose of designated trees within approximately 75 acres of the Fullerton Lake Recreation Area as described in attachments. Louisiana Agriculture and Forestry licensed Arborist required.
This is a new requirement. There is no incumbent.
No site visit is scheduled. Project area is open to the public. It is recommended offerors visit the site to gain a thorough understanding of the requirement.
All quotations will be evaluated to identify the offeror presenting the most technically advantageous solution based on the stated evaluation criteria. Once the highest technically rated offeror is identified, their price will be evaluated to determine whether it is fair and reasonable. Past performance will also be assessed to ensure it is acceptable or neutral.
Anticipated award will be a firm fixed price purchae order with a 60 day period of performance.
