Tree removal

The Choctaw Nation Housing Authority is seeking bids for the removal of a tree located behind a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick home approximately 1500 square feet with a shingle roof and slab on grade foundation in Boswell, Oklahoma, zip code 74727. The tree is situated near the fence line and must be cut down to a stump with all debris hauled away. Contractors are required to conduct an on-site visit prior to submitting a bid, and any change orders arising from unobserved conditions will not be accepted. Work must comply with the 2019 International Residential Code and all applicable state and local licensing requirements. The contractor is fully responsible for obtaining necessary permits, performing all line locates, completing cleanup, and restoring the yard to mowing condition. The homeowner or property manager will determine any color selections for the job, and the contractor must ensure accurate measurements and sufficient material quantities.
