Title: Truck Bed Caps for 2026 Ford F-250 and 2025 Ford F-150 Vehicles
Agency: Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement


This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation No. 70CDCR26Q00000014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).


The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, requires the purchase, assembly, and installation of the following truck bed caps:


  1. Four (4) SmartCap EVO Adventure, Part No. EA0315, plus rear door screen protector, for 2026 Ford F-250 Crew Cab, 6’8” bed; and
  2. One (1) SmartCap EVO Adventure, Part No. EA0318, plus rear door screen protector, for 2025 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, 5’5” bed.

The contractor must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building, 880 Front Street, Suite 3200, San Diego, CA 92101.


The anticipated period of performance is September 28, 2026, through December 31, 2026.


The Government will award on an all-or-none basis.


Evaluation and Award


This procurement is being conducted under the procedures of FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation.


In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the following factors will be used to evaluate quotations:


  1. Technical acceptability, including the ability to provide the required SmartCap EVO Adventure parts or approved equal compatibility with specified vehicle models, assembly, and installation;
  2. Contractor location within a 30-mile radius of the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building, 880 Front Street, Suite 3200, San Diego, CA 92101;
  3. Time for each truck outfitted: No more than 2 business days after drop off;
  4. Price; and
  5. SAM-registered

Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quoter.
