TruckCorp — Street sweepers

Master Agreement 062425-TRK is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Truckcorp, LLC for the provision of new street sweepers, specialty sweepers, debris vacuums, and related equipment, accessories, and supplies. The agreement serves governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The contract has a base term of four years, beginning October 28, 2025, and ending October 27, 2029, with the possibility of three one-year extensions. The estimated total contract value ranges from 400 million to 700 million dollars over the full potential seven-year period, based on an estimated annual transaction value of 100 million dollars. Under the agreement, participating entities receive a 24 percent discount off the base list price, with an additional 1 percent volume discount for single orders exceeding nine units. Truckcorp, LLC, a self-certified Small Business Enterprise, is responsible for delivering turnkey solutions that comply with EPA and California Air Resources Board emissions standards. The contract is administered through a solutions-based model where specific delivery schedules, shipping costs, and inspection terms are negotiated on a transaction-by-transaction basis between the supplier and the participating entity. Compliance requirements include adherence to the Buy American Act, prohibition of certain foreign telecommunications equipment, and strict anti-lobbying and conflict of interest certifications.
