The U.S. Government intends to award an extension lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Newark, NJ at Newark Liberty International Airport.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 490 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
