TSLo Inc is pursuing a medium indoor commercial cannabis cultivation project located at 722 105th Avenue in Oakland, California. The operation will utilize an existing 80,122 square foot building situated on a 5.2 acre property. The facility is designed to accommodate 17,920 square feet of mature canopy and 3,888 square feet of immature plants. Immediate interior modifications include the installation of partition walls, fridge panels, lighting, air conditioning units, and dehumidifiers, with future plans to remove the wall separating the current building from an adjacent structure. The project is overseen by the California Department of Cannabis Control, with Senior Environmental Scientist Trevor Cleak serving as the primary point of contact. A Notice of Exemption was issued on October 10, 2025, certifying that the project qualifies for Class 3 and Class 32 Categorical Exemptions under California environmental regulations due to the nature of the in-fill development and minor modifications. The property currently hosts another cannabis operation, and the project scope accounts for the future addition of another applicant to the property.
