TSPS - 2.11 Information/Records management/Record Keeping Specialist

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is seeking two Senior ATIP Advisors under a contract issued through the Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS to support the processing of high-volume, complex environmental and scientific access to information and privacy requests, as well as responses to related complaints and the reduction of backlogged cases. The contractors must provide two Level 3 Senior Information/Records Management Specialists, each allocated 200 days during the first contract period from award to March 31, 2027, and 260 days in each subsequent year through March 31, 2029. All work must be performed within the National Capital Region (NCR) of Canada, and personnel must utilize only ECCC-provided or designated IT systems for handling PROTECTED information, with no use of contractor-owned systems permitted under any circumstances. All contractor personnel requiring access to SECRET-level information must hold a valid security screening approved by ECCC and receive formal briefings on safeguarding PROTECTED and CLASSIFIED information and assets. Any security incidents or changes in personnel circumstances affecting confidentiality must be reported immediately to ECCC, and no subcontracts involving security obligations may be issued without prior written approval. The contract is limited to two individuals who must be Canadian residents operating within Canada, and all documentation must comply with federal security protocols.
