(TSV Narragansett Ballast Pump Replacement Service)



The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for TSV Narragansett Ballast Pump Replacement Service. This is synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The requirement covers the performance requirements for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk.



The requirement will be solicited on 07 April 2026. The services that will be procured consists of the following: This requirement will be solicited on a brand name basis for Pentair branded parts and services. Carrier Strike Group Four Training Support Vessel Squadron Four currently operates TSV4 Narragansett from JEBLC-FS pier 11. The Narragansett requires a rebuild of its Aurora Fire Main Pump to stop the equipment from leaking. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov.  Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.  Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
