NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Note: Bidders are strongly encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery usually available. Department of National Defence's has a requirement to procure: Two 40 ft ISO containerized Mobile Cleanrooms. • Unit 1 must be configured as a liquid oxygen (LOX) Fill Room and Class B O2 Lab, • Unit 2 must be configured as a Maintenance and Workshop Cleanroom. Both units are required to operate in extreme cold conditions down to -50 °C, maintain stable internal temperature and humidity, prevent O2 migration, and comply with Class I, Division 2 electrical requirements and O2-compatible safety standards, Mobile Cleanrooms are to be delivered to 4 Wing, Cold Lake, Alberta.
