In accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source contract to the University of North Carolina (UNC) Kenan-Flager Business School to conduct a five (5) day instructional seminar on financial management and cost control for senior leadership. The staff at the UNC Kenan-Flager Business School which includes Dr. Robert Connolly, PHD and Mr. Allen Snively, Jr. CFA are experts in conducting financial management cost control seminars for the Navy, Marine Corp, Army, as well as other government and private organizations. Dr. Connolly and Mr. Snively have conducted seminars for NAVSEA in the past and have in depth corporate knowledge of the NAVSEA financial environment which allows them to develop a program that meets specific NAVSEA goals and objectives for training leadership in the area of financial management and cost control.
