Full Description

The contractor shall provide personnel to perform support for the daily operations of the NIH Training Center. These operations include, but are not limited to, administration and maintenance of student records, classroom facilities, inventory of resources, class scheduling, registration, and billing. The personnel are to provide guidance to students, their supervisors, and the instructors, as well as advertise the Training Center's programs to potential applicants. All positions are full-time and some positions will involve travel. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 and size standard is $6 million. The contractor must show experience with career development programs within the last three years. The Project Manager must possess a master's degree in human resource or education related fields; all other personnel must have a bachelor's in a comparable subject. All personnel must have experience in adult workplace learning. The contract will cover the period of December 1, 2004 through November 30, 2005 and offer three subsequent option periods that each last twelve months. Request for Proposal 263-04-P(DF)-0084 will be issued on or around September 27, 2004. The closing date will be thirty days after the issuance of the Request for Proposal.
