The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PGSA/PBS), Physical Capital Asset Management Division (PGE)on behalf of the Office of the Chief Architect (PM), intends to isue a sole source award to the Construction Industry Institute (University of Texas at Austin) for annual CII membership. CII is a consortium of leading owners, engineering and construction contractors and suppliers who have a singular mission: to improve the cost effectiveness of the capital facility project life cycle. CII membership provides opportunities for research, collaboration, and networking. Membership will be procured under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not considered a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
