Full Description

The Directorate of Contracting, Ft. Bliss, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order for Personal Security Detachment training courses to United States Shooting Academy, 6500 E 66th Street N, Tulsa, OK 74117. The training courses include Protective Service/Executive Protection Detail Course 450 and Advanced Protective Service/Executive Protection Detail Course 451 for twenty-five(25) students. Authority cited: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is an urgent and compelling requirement for Hands-On Training geared to military personnel that must be completed by 17 August 2009.
