The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a fully serviced lease in professional office space in the Arcadia, California area with the following criteria:

A minimum of 11,000 usable square feet (USF) to a maximum of 12,000 usable square feet (USF) of space in an existing Class A or B professional office space.
