This notice is issued solely to provide interested vendors with information regarding the anticipated Reagan Test Range (RTR) Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) Follow-On requirement. This notice is not a Solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), or a request for capability statements.
The anticipated requirement has not been approved for solicitation at this time. This notice is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
No responses are requested or required under this Special Notice.
Acquisition Planning
Based on current market research, the Government's recommended acquisition strategy is to solicit the anticipated requirement through the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract vehicle under Special Item Number (SIN) 60513, OASIS+ Unrestricted (UR) – NAICS 541715 Exception 3 - Enterprise Solutions.
This acquisition strategy remains subject to final Government approvals and may change prior to the release of any solicitation.
