The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements:


  1. A minimum of 4,832 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 6,039 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
  2. Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years.
  3. Located within a defined delineated area - N: Boronda Road, S: E Laurel Drive, E: Navidad Road, W: N Davis Road
  4. Designated on-site parking for up to 15 (fifteen) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.

Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
