Full Description
The U.S. Government is seeking professional office space for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
- A minimum of 600 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 840 RSF of professional office space
- Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights
- Located within a defined delineated area in Redding, CA:
- North: Oasis Rd
- East: Old Oregon Trail Rd to Airport Road
- South: Ox Yoke Rd to Riverside Ave
- West: Route 5 (HWY 273) to Pine St to Route 5 (Market St) to I-5 North
- Designated on-site parking for up to one (1) government vehicle must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
Submission Requirements
Interested respondents must submit the following:
- Building name and address
- Location of available space within the building
- Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered
- Date space will be available
- Proposed rental rate per RSF
- Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner
Responses are due no later than 6:00 PM PDT on 05/25/2026. Responses received after the stated deadline may not be considered.
