The U.S. Government is seeking professional office space for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.



 The Government requires a full-service lease for:



  • A minimum of 500 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 840 RSF of professional office space
  • Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights 
  • Located within a defined delineated area in Redding, CA:  
    • City limits of Redding, CA
  • Designated on-site parking for up to one (1)  government vehicle must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis 


Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.  



Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.



Submission Requirements


Interested respondents must submit the following:

  3. Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered
  4. Date space will be available
  5. Proposed rental rate per RSF
