The U.S. Government is seeking professional space for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The Government requires a full-service lease for:

A minimum of 3,600 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 3,810 (RSF) of professional office space.
Lease term not to exceed five (5) years total with Government termination rights
Located within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA:
- North: Elkhorn Blvd
- East: Rio Linda Blvd to Marysville Blvd to Bell Ave to Raley Blvd
- South: Interstate 80
- West: Interstate 5
Designated, secured, on-site parking for up to fourteen (14) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.

Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
