The U.S. Government is seeking professional office space space for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.



 The Government requires a full-service lease for:



  • A minimum of 1,300 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 2,400 RSF of professional office space.
  • Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights 
  • Located within a defined delineated area in Salt Lake City, UT:
    • N: I-80 to I-15 to University Blvd to 500 S
    • E: 1300 E
    • S: I-80 to I-15 to Hwy 201
    • W: I-215
  • Designated on-site parking for up to one (1) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis 
  • Other Requirements:
    • Accessible to the public
    • One enclosed private office within the leased space, with the remaining square feet to be open office
    • One conference room (may be shared with other tenants in the building), with the ability to be equipped with audiovisual capabilities
