Full Description
The U.S. Government is seeking professional office space space for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
- A minimum of 1,300 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 2,400 RSF of professional office space.
- Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights
- Located within a defined delineated area in Salt Lake City, UT:
- N: I-80 to I-15 to University Blvd to 500 S
- E: 1300 E
- S: I-80 to I-15 to Hwy 201
- W: I-215
- Designated on-site parking for up to one (1) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis
- Other Requirements:
- Accessible to the public
- One enclosed private office within the leased space, with the remaining square feet to be open office
- One conference room (may be shared with other tenants in the building), with the ability to be equipped with audiovisual capabilities
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
