SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Bragg North Carolina, is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing all management, personnel, equipment (except Government furnished), supplies, facilities, transportation, and tools to perform all functions of the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Logistics Training Cluster (FLTC) in accordance with the quote mark DRAFT quote mark Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS (Solicitation Number: W91247-13-R-XXX) can be downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead, a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. The resulting contract is anticipated to have a base period of performance of 12 months and two (2) 1-year options. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of all interested businesses, determine if there is any interest from the small business community (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOB, WOSB, etc.) and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. The Government has yet to make a determination on the method of competition for this requirement. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information voluntarily provided.
