Training will be offered at various locations both within the continental United States and abroad, with flexibility for evening and weekend sessions. The contractor selected will be required to use modern proficiency-based teaching methods, incorporating technology to effectively support second language acquisition aligned with USSOCOM’s mission requirements. The anticipated period of performance (POP) inclusive of all ordering periods will be 01 July 2007 through 30 Jun 2012. The POP will include five 12-month ordering periods.
