The Network Contracting Office 16, supporting the Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS), plans to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to GIGXR, INC. for the provision of a specialized volumetric capture (3D video) mixed reality platform tailored for nursing and allied health simulation. This platform focuses on delivering high-fidelity, 360-degree video of actual human subjects that display authentic physiological and pathological markers, avoiding CGI or polygonal avatars. The contract will cover the platform, anatomy applications, AI conversation capabilities, licenses, support, maintenance, and institutional access for up to 375 learners across four VA pilot sites including locations in Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. The procurement is conducted under the NAICS code 541519 and follows the Federal Acquisition Regulation restricting competition for this acquisition. The anticipated award date is June 30, 2026, with a performance period of one year. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties with the technical capability to provide a comparable GigXR platform may submit a letter of interest and supporting documentation by June 22, 2026. The government will consider these submissions solely to determine if competition would benefit the acquisition but reserves the right to proceed under sole source if no compelling evidence for competition is presented. All inquiries and responses must be submitted via email by specified deadlines; telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
