PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Robotics Workshop BPA Calls Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VA Caribbean Healthcare System In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1(c)(2)(i) and FAR/RFO 5.101(a), the Department of Veterans Affairs is providing notice of a proposed contracting action for commercial services. This is not a request for quotation, and no solicitation is being issued at this time. The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) intends to solicit and award a future Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5-year period. The solicitation for the Robotics Workshop is a SDVOSB set-aside under the Veterans First Contracting Program (VAAR 819.7006). Eligible SDVOSB sources must be verified at the time of offer and award. Requirement Summary: VACHS anticipates ordering robotics workshop sessions through BPA Calls. Each session will support ten (10) Veterans and will have a duration of two (2) hours. Specific quantities, dates, and project details will be identified in each BPA Call. For each BPA Call, the contractor shall provide an action plan outlining how the number of sessions requested will support progressive robotics development, ensuring that the complexity of the robot projects can be completed within the timeframe of the sessions ordered. This notice is issued only to inform industry of the upcoming SDVOSB solicitation. Interested Vendors: SDVOSB firms that wish to be included in the oral/email solicitation list must email the Contract Specialist indicating their interest in participating. Interested firms must provide: Company capability statement. Proof of SDVOSB eligibility (e.g., SBA VetCert or VA verification per VAAR 819.7006). Point of contact information for receipt of the email solicitation. Responses must be received no later than 08-24-2026 10:00 AM in order to be added to the email solicitation distribution list. This pre-solicitation seeks only to identify SDVOSB firms that wish to be included in the solicitation distribution list.
