This is a notice of intent to proceed with a sole source requirement simplified procedures. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Center for PTSD (NCPTSD) has a requirement for a contractor to plan, coordinate, provide support for, and help deliver trainings for non-VA providers who treat Veterans on the topics of Military Culture, Assessment of PTSD, and Assessment and Management of Suicide Risk.
