U099--Stryker ProCuity Bed Training

This is a sources sought announcement issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 19, for the provision of comprehensive technical training on Stryker ProCuity beds to the biomedical engineering staff at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. The announcement is not a solicitation, request for proposals, or quote, and does not obligate the government to award a contract; its purpose is purely for market research to assess vendor interest and capability. Vendors responding must be registered in the System for Award Management and are required to provide their business size, with the applicable NAICS code being 611430, which carries a small business size standard of $15 million in annual revenue. Responses must be submitted electronically to eric.adusei@va.gov with the subject line “SOURCES SOUGHT” no later than 14:00 Mountain Time on May 29, 2026, and no reimbursement will be provided for any costs incurred in responding. The anticipated contract performance involves delivering training to qualified Facility Service Engineers who must have completed the original equipment manufacturer’s training program and possess a minimum of two years of field experience in preventive and remedial maintenance for medical equipment, excluding recently released products. Training must occur during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays, and all personnel must obtain and wear a VA-issued short-term identification badge while on-site. Contractors must comply with federal records management laws including the Federal Records Act, Privacy Act of 1974, and NARA regulations, and all employees handling records must complete VA-provided training through the Talent Management System (TMS Item #3873736). All data and deliverables generated are property of the U.S. Government and subject to the Freedom of Information Act. No VA sensitive information may be shared, stored, or transferred by the vendor, and equipment or materials may not be removed from government facilities without explicit written authorization. The government will designate a Contracting Officer’s Representative to oversee all work coordination, and final acceptance requires successful completion of hands-on competency assessments, delivery and inventory of all OEM-required tools and software, receipt of all documentation and certificates, and written approval by the COR.
