This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8R26Q0027 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for UBM -240 CPU motherboard assembly, installation, and on-site K-SPAN training. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code that applies is 333120 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
The 179th CW/MSC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to M.I.C. Industries for the procurement of a proprietary UBM-240 CPU motherboard assembly, certified installation services, and on-site K-SPAN construction training.

To be considered for award, the offeror shall submit a single, all-inclusive electronic quotation package. Quotations are due electronically to jeffrey.snyder.20@us.af.mil no later than 17 July 2026, 10:00 A.M. EST.
A complete quotation package must include the following:
Company Information: Company Name, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, and active UEI/CAGE Code.
Pricing: Firm-fixed pricing for CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002, including any applicable shipping or travel costs.
Mandatory OEM Certification: Verifiable, written documentation from M.I.C. Industries, Inc. proving the offeror is an officially authorized reseller. Additionally, the offeror must confirm in writing that all services will be executed exclusively by a certified M.I.C. Industries technician.

BASIS OF AWARD- EVALUATION
In accordance with RFO FAR 12.203, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, represents the Best Value to the Government. The following simplified factors will be used to evaluate quotations:
Technical Capability: The capability of the proposed items and certified services to meet the Government's requirement, to include the mandatory OEM certification. Vendors not providing sufficient information, as requested, may be determined technically unacceptable.
Past Performance (SPRS): Evaluated in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7024. The Government will retrieve and evaluate past performance information directly from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) for the offeror. No past performance submission is required from the vendor.
Price: The proposed price will be evaluated to ensure it is fair and reasonable.
While the Government intends to sole-source this award, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.

NG Agency Protest Program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns with the National Guard (NG) as an Alternative Dispute Resolution forum, rather than filing a protest with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) or other external forum.
Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods as if filed at the GAO. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. An agency protest may be filed with either the Contracting Officer or the NG Agency’s Protest Decision Authority, but not both, in accordance with NG protest procedures.
To be timely, the protests must be filed with the periods specified in FAR 33.103. To file a protest under the NG Agency Protest Program, the protest must request resolution under that program and be sent to the address below:
