This amendment to solicitation FA4890-14-R-0019 for Uninterrupted Power Supply Main and Battery Replacement updates several critical requirements. The quantity of Liebert UPS units has been corrected from 13 to 12, and the NAICS code has been updated to 811219. Additionally, the period of performance in Paragraph 3.1 has been modified, and a revised Performance Work Statement has been issued to replace the previous version. The solicitation is no longer a Small Business set-aside because small businesses were unable to meet the requirement of performing 50 percent or more of the contract work. The agency has also maintained the sole source requirement, stating that current Liebert certification for maintenance technicians is mandatory to ensure warranties remain valid.
