This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR part 19.5. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 811212 with a size standard of $25.5 Million. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to provide an on call technician to operate, maintain, and repair the Uninterrupted Power Supply equipment in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, dated 22 July 2013. The following is a description of the items as detailed in the attached solicitation.
