The University of Alberta is inviting Proposals from experienced Industrial and Utility Engineering Consultants for the preparation of Arc Flash Studies for the Heating Plant, Central Cooling Plant, and the Cooling Plant on Campus. Each plant is connected to the University owned and maintained University of Alberta North Campus 14.4 kV electrical distribution system. These installations comprise equipment operating at 14.4 kV, 4.16 kV, 600 V, 208 V, 120 V and some battery banks higher than 150 VDC. Proponents are advised that responses to this Request for Proposal must be submitted electronically through the public portal website in accordance with the Instructions to Proponents section.
