This is a notice of the USDA Forest Service’s intent to restrict competition under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.




USDA Forest Service Rocky Mountain Research Station is a part owner of the building and parking structure located at 322 E Front St. Boise Idaho known as the Idaho Water Center (IWC). The proposed contract action is a vehicle for which the Government may pay their portion of service that included public parking access, 36 dedicated parking spaces for Government vehicles, and right of employees to purchase parking passes, provided by REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO.
