Full Description

The purpose of this invitation to bid is to set up standards which will enable the Florida Keys Mosquito Control District to purchase Unleaded Gasoline in a satisfactory and economical manner with terms and conditions as follows:
The District will require approximately Sixty Four Thousand (64,000) Gallons of 10% Ethanol, 87 Octane Unleaded Gasoline over a period of Two (2) years to be delivered in quantities of Five Hundred (500) to One Thousand (1,000) Gallons to the following locations: Key West (Big Coppitt Key), Marathon and Key Largo, Florida. Due to the necessary timing of District operations, delivery must be within Two (2) Days of order placement. Payment Terms must be Net 30. Current fuel contract runs through April 21st, 2025, therefore effective date will not be prior to that date.
Please use March 5th, 2025 for pricing. Please list per gallon price, any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
