Physical Support Branch, Maintenance and Repair Unit, request the award of a contract for the purchase of up to 5,000 gallons of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). The Maintenance and Repair unit will be operating heavy equipment in mechanical dredging operations and placement site operations in pool 6 and 5A of the Mississippi River. This multiple fuel delivery contract is to supply fuel for the Crane Barge Wade and attending equipment. Initial Purchase: Purchase of 2,500 gallons of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). Fuel delivery shall be smaller quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons. Fuel deliveries should start August 14th, 2018 and complete August 20th, 2018. Optional Purchase: The Government requires the option to purchase 2,500 additional gallons of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). The optional fuel shall be delivered in smaller quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons. Optional Fuel deliveries should start August 21stth, 2018 and complete August 28th, 2018. **The Government will provide a minimum notice of the whether the optional delivery requirement is needed no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the delivery window.
