The City of Carson's Housing Division is requesting written responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Environmental Consultant(s) to provide environmental consulting services in support of the City’s Housing Rehabilitation projects. These projects primarily involve the rehabilitation of single-family and mobile home residences located within designated target areas of the City.Services will include HUD-required environmental reviews for approximately 100 projects, encompassing NEPA classification, tiered and broad-level reviews, site specific reviews, radon testing, and preparation of technical analyses.
