Full Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm fixed price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSTS05-14-Q-BTV001 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-76. The NAICS code is 517110 and the Small Business Standard is $7million. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order. 1.0 STATEMENT OF WORK The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade fifteen (15) existing analog cameras to Axis IP cameras and install four (4) Ethernet over Coax EoC Transceiver with PoE Power part no. NVT-EC 1701U-KIT4 at the Burlington International Airport. The NVT must allow for PoE to be transmitted utilizing the existing wiring. The cameras must be brand name or equal to Axis P3346-V 3MP Interior Cameras. Camera shall be installed within 10" of the existing camera. This requirement will require additional storage capacity in order to maintain frame rates and mandatory days of storage of the designed system upgrade. The storage shall be a minimum of 9.5TB of additional storage. The upgrade of all cameras shall include wiring, network connections from NTV devices to the new camera network, camera programing and onsite training. 2.0 Pricing Table The prices shall be detailed in the attached pricing table. *The quoted price must be inclusive of all parts, labor, permitting, installation services, as well as parking and badging, required to meet the entire scope of work as outlined in the SOW.
