Amendment 0002 Upgrade Vehicle Scale System at Hurlburt Field, FL IAW Attachments. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Add the following attachments: Attachment 8 - RFI Answers, Attachment 9 - Statement of Work, Revision 1, Attachment 10 - Working Time Analysis (WTA) Revision 1, and Attachment 11 - Visual Reference, Vehicle Scale Electrical Utilities. 2. Modify the CLIN structure into two separate CLINs, one for Design and one for Construction 3. Extend the period of performance to 361 calendar days IAW the new Working Time Analysis. Please note that the attached Statement of Work and Working Time Analysis revisions will be used for this project moving forward and supersede any previous versions. All offers must be submitted no later than 09 July @ 1:00pm, Central Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
