Work will be executed through individual work orders detailing project specifics such as location, project scope, and material quantities, with all items priced according to a bid schedule intended to cover approximately twelve small projects based on historical volume. The total engineer’s estimate for the contract is $184,000. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 9900 Brick Church Rd., Cambridge, OH, which will cover all geographic regions relevant to this and similar contracts. Bids must be submitted by May 19, 2026. The projects generally involve sites with limited access, often in residential settings, requiring careful coordination and specialized techniques. This contract is part of a larger strategy dividing Ohio’s coal-bearing counties into three regions, each managed under separate contracts to facilitate efficient emergency reclamation activities.
