Major actions include remaindering Hastings Creek, eradicating invasive plant species, restoring instream habitat, disabling existing agricultural drain tiles, and establishing native plant communities based on site-specific hydrology and topography. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 238910, with a small business size standard in dollars of $19.0 Million. The requirement is for five (5) years. The project specification files are PDF files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. ** IMPORTANT POLICY: Contractors are REQUIRED to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) AT THE TIME ITS BID/PROPOSAL IS SUBMITTED to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Registration can be completed free of charge at www.sam.gov. Contractors must register with sam.gov, prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and to place a bid/proposal in response to the Solicitation. All inquiries containing multiple questions will be rejected. iii. Information concerning the status of the evaluation and/or award will NOT be entertained. Only questions pertaining to the Contract will be entertained. iv. Government responses are not binding on the Government unless an amendment is issued on PIEE.gov/SAM.gov.
