The USCG HSWL-SC has a requirement for development of a combined Ombudsman and Personal Financial Management Program Registry (referred to as Regristry throughout this Sources Sought Notice). The Registry will also be accessible via a HSWL Mobile App. The Registry will be hosted and provided to the USCG as "Software as a Service (SaaS)". The Registry requirement is currently planned for FY-22 4th quarter solicitation and award (July-September 2022). There is no guarantee of solicitation or award in FY-22. Interested vendors (at the time of proposal submission) will be required to have either a DOD P-ATO for IL-4, (Provisional ATO) or demonstrate they are in progress of obtaining the P-ATO (i.e. in the Defense Information Systems Agency [DISA] que with a sponsor) in accordance with the DOD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide. https://dl.dod.cyber.mil/wp-content/uploads/cloud/pdf/Cloud_Computing_SRG_v1r3.pdf Interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice. In your response, please provide your current DOD P-ATO IL-4 status and professional capability to meet the requirement.
