The General Services Administration is seeking to lease a warehouse or flexible-use garage space in Springfield, Illinois, with a minimum of 2,000 and a maximum of 2,800 square feet of ABOA, intended primarily for vehicle storage. The space must be ground-level, garage-type, and located within a defined area bounded by Cantrall Creek Road to the north, Interstate 72 to the south, Interstate 55 to the east, and Illinois Highway 97 to the west. The facility must include two surface parking spaces and no structured or reserved parking. A fully serviced lease is required, and the space must comply with all federal standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability. Proposals must not include properties located within the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain, formerly known as the 500-year floodplain.
