The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to safely disconnect, decommission, and remove the existing 60-ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller unit servicing the Medical/Command and Administration buildings. Following removal, the Contractor shall furnish, install, integrate, and commission a brand-new, fully compatible chiller unit of equivalent or superior capacity.


All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 07/28/26 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Base Portsmouth at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703.
