This is a Cotton Classifying Facility unique to USDA and the only responsible source. A build to suit was not an option to the program because of costs. This facility is already built to the specific needs of Cotton Classifying Facility. Lease was awarded for 10 years with a one five year option period for 13,209 square feet.
