Use Permit 24-0003

Everest Infrastructure Partners has requested approval of Use Permit 24-0003 to construct, operate, and maintain an unmanned commercial wireless telecommunications facility. The proposed fac ility consists of a 154-foot-tall monopole tower with three four-sector antenna mounts designed to accommodate up to sixteen ( 16) antennas and twelve ( 12) remote radio units (RRU's) per sector, a 30-kilowatt diesel backup generator with a 2 10-gallon diesel fuel tank, two outdoor equipment cabinets, and other ancillary equipment all within a 45-foot by 45-foot fenced ground lease area located approximately 168 feet from the southern property line. Additional improvements proposed outside the lease area include a gravel driveway and utility connections to serve the facility. The applicant has also requested approval of an exception from wireless telecommunication landscaping standards.
