The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for navigation and communication equipment. This is synopsis for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The requirement covers the performance requirements for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk.


The requirement will be solicited on 05 August 2026. The supplies that will be procured consists of the following: The United States Naval Academy (USNA) is looking to procure commercial marine navigation, radar, Automatic Identification System (AIS), communications, and supporting network equipment for installation aboard Yard Patrol (YP) Vessels.
