The National Guard Bureau Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction Division (CWMDD) – the overarching functional and coordinating proponent for the domestic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) Response Enterprise (CRE) – has a requirement for contract support for training and exercise services, specifically training development, training execution, training integration and update support, as well as supply, logistics, and exercise and evaluation support for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) equipment, tactics, techniques and procedures in support of National Guard CRE elements to include the Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Teams (WMD-CST), CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), and Homeland Response Force (HRF) units.
