The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (USP) McCreary, intends to issue solicitation 15B0AT27Q12000002 for Quarterly Kosher Subsistence. Under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidelines, this requirement is for food products delivered FOB Destination to USP McCreary, 330 Federal Way, Pine Knot, KY, 42635. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract and reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered as the evaluation factors. 


The solicitation will be available on or about August 4, 2026, and will be posted exclusively to SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for all updates and amendments. Bids must be received no later than August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. A valid letter of Kosher Certification must be submitted at the same time as the bid to be considered for award. Please note that deliveries will begin October 1, 2026, and will not be accepted prior to that date.


Payments will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for orders over $15,000.00, or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less.
