USS SHOUP (DDG 86) SRA 7C1, Bundle 1

Navsup Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide repair and continuous maintenance services for the US Navy Surface Ship USS SHOUP (DDG 86). The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka in Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan, with an anticipated period of performance from December 7, 2026, through July 20, 2027. The scope of work is defined by various Task Group Instructions, including the cleaning and repair of fuel receiving and service tanks, bow anchor and chain assembly maintenance, waveguide and transmission line dry air lay-up, and the provision of crane services for ship's force work. This acquisition is open to all responsible and eligible sources, though there are no socio-economic set-asides. To be eligible, contractors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042 and must possess a current USN Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair. The formal Request for Proposal was anticipated for issuance around April 20, 2026, via SAM.gov.
