Utility Building Roof repairs

The U.S. Consulate General in Dubai is seeking qualified contractors to perform a roof waterproofing replacement on the utility building located within its compound in Bur Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19TC1226Q0006. The scope of work includes the complete removal of existing limestone and waterproofing materials over a 15m x 7m area, provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation, and submission of a detailed method statement and quality plan prior to commencement. All contractors must comply with the Consulate’s Safety, Health and Environmental Management (SHEM) program, ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all hazardous materials. The contract requires performance within 30 calendar days, beginning no later than seven days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, which will be issued no earlier than ten days after contract award. A mandatory site survey is scheduled for June 23, 2026, and participation is limited to two representatives per company, who must register by providing their company name and Emirates ID copy by June 18, 2026.
