The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to LogoJet for the purchase of a UVx40R Plus SE Printer, specifically because it is the only OEM offering an automatic product height sensor capable of accommodating up to five inches high with a fourth printhead, a compact tabletop design, and a large print bed measuring 18 inches wide by 24 inches long. No competitive solicitation or request for quotes will be issued; this notice serves solely as an intent to proceed without competition in accordance with FAR 6.103.1. Although no RFQ is planned, vendors wishing to demonstrate capacity to meet the requirement may submit a capability statement by July 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST, referencing solicitation number N6893626SIMACQD4213000002. Responses must clearly establish the ability to deliver the required equipment without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule, and must be sent to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil. All participating vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov prior to submission, as the government cannot award contracts to entities with inactive or expired registrations. Processing of submissions and verification of SAM status may take 10 to 15 days, so early compliance is strongly advised. Additionally, contractors must be certified through the Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information or Export Controlled Information, with access restricted to a single designated Data Custodian per CAGE code listed on a pre-approved DD 2345 form. The Data Custodian must be officially authorized by the Defense Logistics Agency, and contractors are responsible for coordinating this certification process independently. Further details on certification requirements can be found through the Defense Logistics Agency’s Joint Certification Program.
