Full Description

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) requires a User Experience (UX) research software to support evidence-based Human-Centered Design practices. This ensures that the development of our services and products is deeply rooted in the needs, behaviors, and preferences of our users. FCAC needs to efficiently recruit, schedule, and compensate user research participants, ensuring a diverse and representative sample for our studies. The UX research software must support both moderated and unmoderated research methods, allowing us to gather comprehensive insights through a variety of user research methods, such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, card sorts and navigation tests.
